Very good job from start to finish. Arrived on time and did a good job cleaning up when finished. Reasonable price.

Great crew they were very good at removing a half dead tree hanging over the property
Everything was great. Called on a Thursday for a Friday appointment. Prices were fair so we signed up for service. Had to wait a bit over a month but it was well worth it. The crew came about 9am and were done with my removal by noon. Cleaned up well and even the stump grinder cleaned up after himself. Office was very friendly with payments. I would highly recommend them!

In mid-August I got 3 quotes to remove a giant oak near my house. Though Jones Road Tree Service was the highest, I chose them because of reviews and BBB accreditation. They said they would be there on September 7th--called twice, said they could not come, came on the 9th. Each time I spoke to someone, I said I would like some smaller pieces for firewood. When I got home from work, I was happy to see the tree was down with no damage to my house; however, there were many holes in my yard, and they had put all the huge pieces ... read more

We regret that the clean up on this job was less than satisfactory. When we do stump grindings we strive to clean up as much as the client would like. Many clients choose to save the mulch left over from the stump grinding to spread in their flower bushes. There are clients that prefer us to take all the debris with us. When we found out that Ms. ****** was not happy with the amount of debris left over we sent our stump grinding crew back out to her house a total of 3 times after the initial stump grind to try to clean up as... read more

I have used Jones Road Tree Service before and lost their card and used others since. I will never use another service again. These guys are truly professionals. They have the right safety equipment and tools to do the job. Which leads to minimal time, clean job and very good at taking care of my trees. I find that they are very resonably priced and the job last twice as long as the competition.
