We love Dr. Rob and his staff. We have been going to his office since he first opened. My kids have never been afraid or scared to go see the dentist. The staff is awesome and Dr. Rob has always taken the time to explain procedure and problems with me. 😀
Dr Burns is an excellent dentist! He is so kind and compassionate. He performed dental surgery at Dallas County Hospital on my 4 year old and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He took the time to explain in detail her procedure to us, before and after, with pictures. He encouraged my 4 year old to ask questions. He made us feel as ease.

The new facility is great, the staff is friendly. However, I have chosen to find a different dentist because I got tired of waiting 20-30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before getting in. This has happened each of the several last visits. On our most recent visit we waited 20 minutes to get in. They cleaned my child's teeth, took x-rays and told us the dentist would see her shortly. 20 minutes later I decided I've finally had enough. No one came by to even say, "sorry for the wait," or "just a few more minutes."... read more
I just love it there. My daughter never worries about coming to the dentist specially with Dr. Beth!
