Super kind front office staff. Dr. Rob and Dr. Beth and their staff have been amazing for our kiddos. They actually LIKE going to the dentist. I wish they could treat the parents as well, ha!
We have been with Dr. Rob for years and like usual today’s visit was excellent. Thank you Jordan Creek Pediatrics for the amazing care you provide for my girls.
My Son had a bad fall and needed to been seen ASAP! Beth fit us right in she gave me her personal cell number and helped me every step of the way! She even followed up with us over the weekend. We are so blessed to have Dr. Beth and Dr. Rob taking care of our boys.We have been coming to Jordan Creek Pediatric dentistry for the last 7 years and would not go anywhere else! We travel from an hour away and for the customer service we get it makes it 100% worth it!
I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Rob since she was 15 months. I had bad experiences with dentists as a child and my anxiety was very high walking into the office, but the staff was very kind and put my mind at ease. My daughter loves the girls and Dr. Rob is her favorite doctor. I recommend Dr. Rob to all our friends for their kids.
Every single person that I’ve encountered at JCPD has been nothing but awesome and courteous since we started seeing them 10 years ago. Their level of service is above and beyond what I’ve met at other businesses. I love that they all know who our family is and accommodate us as best to their ability. I tell everyone about Dr. Rob and his staff whenever I can!! We’re very excited for the new location for them to better serve their needs!!
My son has severe anxiety and when I told them ahead of time they took every chance they could to reassure him and tell him what they are going to do before they did it. Only issue was the wait. Of course you get there early then we had to wait. It is understandable but that was my only issue. I plan on going back and totally recommend them. Even the front desk staff was nice.
I’ve taken my kids to Dr. Rob twice a year for over 9 years! I wouldn’t have stayed that long if my kiddos hadn’t received top-notch service from both Dr Rob and his awesome staff. Starting with my now teens and now 9 year old when he was an infant. They are always happy to see us and have provided the best care and concern for my 4 kiddos “challenging” teeth!
