I know it’s true, that their was no way I could have gotten such a beautiful brand new home without his help. I called up 4 different mortgage lenders prior before meeting Joe, and everyone of them was not willing to work with me, ( the vibe from the prior mortgage lenders I got, was I was just another wanna be buyer with little to no money to put down). But Joe’s personality is driven by a passion, giving all he has to put people in their dream homes. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!
