Mr. Couturier went above and beyond for us in our refinancing process. This section of your survey does not allow enough space to share the numerous ways in which Joe and his team made, what can be a difficult process, so stress less and efficient. Joe showed us we were eligible for a VA Loan after two prior mortgage companies, who had the same info, told us it was not in our best interests to do so, when in fact it was. This is one of the most pleasant mortgage experiences we have ever had.
