Joe was a delight to work with. He went over everything in an easy to understand, but succinct way. He has an exceptionally bright demeanor, and he is very keen to listen for small and subtle details in conversations, even if mentioned only once that can/could affect the mortgage process. Additionally, Joe's branch/office support staff were exceptionally friendly and amazingly quick in getting everything turned around same day, sometimes, within the hour. I'd highly recommend Joe to all.
