Joseph Couturier really helped me during my closing. The closing coordinator needed my wife signature who was 3.5hr away. Joseph drove personally went over and beyond to make this closing happen by personally driving and getting those signature on timely manner. I even asked him to bring my wife and kids to me and He did. I really appreciate his effort to making this closing happen. Thank you Joe!

Joe Couturier was extremely helpful in finding us the best mortgage rate with a offered that if the rate dropped at least .25% during our lock in time before purchasing the home, the lower rate would be guaranteed. He also helped us find the best loan for us -- a monthly payment we could handle with the lowest overall payout. He was very responsive and we were able to get in touch with him easily. The load process can be daunting, but Joe made it easy.
