Joe was very helpful throughout the entire process; he even went above and beyond to help us move some last minute things when we were in a time crunch. This is the second time we have had Joe help us out with our mortgage and the experience was just as great as the first time! Joe was always available to answer any questions and was able to do so in an easy to understand way. He was always on top of things. Joe goes above and beyond his duties! Jay did a terrific job walking us through the entire process and keeping us informed and confident. This was our second home so it involved the logistics of selling our old home and wiring money through the title companies.
