My experience with Van Dyke Mortgage was pleasant from the start due to the overwhelming amount of care given while working to help me with achieving my goals. Although I am certain Joseph is quite busy with other clients, my individual needs were consistently met! He's very knowledgeable, honest, up front with details, and also made himself available for any questions or concerns I had, which made the process goes as smooth and as quickly as possible all the way to closing.
