Joe White was outstanding! This is the second time we've been involved with Joe. Our first mortgage and working with Joe was a perfect experience, so we decided to use him again for our new mortgage and he didn't disappoint! We never had any issues, he always kept us informed, and he always had time and quick responses to all of our questions. He's the best! Additionally, is assistant Jessica Yinger was just as outstanding. That duo made my mortgage experience the best!

I was unsure about whether I'd actually be able to get the mortgage...that something would fall through in the end. Joe evaluated everything in my package and assured me that there are no issues that would prevent approval. His knowledge of the industry was invaluable to me as a first-time home buyer. He was always available to answer questions and concerns that I had, including nights and weekends. And when I was worrying too much--Joe was there to say, "just relax."

Joe is da man! If he says he will get it done, believe him—he will! Even though he told me that, I still worried and had concerns. But I’ve bought two houses now with Joe and each time, he pulls through and proves I had nothing to worry about. If you work with Joe and he tells you it can be done, consider it done.
