We were first time home buyers, during the COVID-19 shutdown, and during a very busy time in the and realtor season when mortgage rates are low. We were able to close on our target date within seven and a half weeks from the date our offer was accepted. There were some bumps in the road but Van Dyk was very reassuring and everything worked out perfectly. We love the new home and our new neighborhood.
