Joseph told us exactly what paperwork that we needed to present to him and only one other piece of paperwork was needed after underwriting was complete. The whole experience was very quick from start to finish. We found our cabin in the woods on Fathers day weekend and closed August 11. He kept us in the loop on where our paperwork processing was at and was very easy to talk to when we had questions. At closing the paperwork and figures were exactly like we talked about. Highly recommend.
