Joe did an amazing job at navigating a fairly rushed closing deadline where we experienced numerous roadblocks related to another financing company. He was able to offer various options for us to choose from in order to close on time. Unfortunately, our close was delayed at no fault of our own or Joe’s. Joe was able to quickly think on his feet and provided a solution that allowed us to close with no additional cost to us.

Very professional, always willing to answer questions right away, and rushing around at the last second to get us cleared for closing in record time. Even when I had no idea what I was doing, he was willing to explain. I liked dealing with ONE person, and one person only. With Joe, that is how it is. Would highly recommend! Joe was excellent in responding to questions when I had them along the way and was always quick to reply. Very knowledgeable and sharp with the entire process, always willing to be flexible with hours and methods of communication to keep things moving forward. Joseph White went above and beyond what my exceptions were of the mortgage process. He was always willing to put in a late evening and was always ready to answer any questions we had promptly. Even on Spring Break, he took the time to call to explain our insurance hiccups and how to remedy them quickly.
