I could have greatly benefited from the home buying process if I had been given the Fannie Mae Framework course shortly after my pre-approval. Not knowing the process was scary and daunting to say the least. I tried to look up the process online but none of the websites gave me the education I received from Framework near the end of my closing.

Constantly interrupted the closing process by cracking jokes and by criticizing the appearance of others. Made it hard to concentrate on the info and paperwork presented to my wife and I.

This process was new to me as a first time home buyer. I would have appreciated more communication as to what I might expect from step to step. I felt like the process moved very quickly once the ball started rolling, not knowing what to expect made me feel rushed every time I had to produce documents or complete a step.

Much better communication. Poor follow thru on final steps with poor excuses given. I understand things fall thru the cracks but I felt my entire mortgage process went that way. Definitely not the experience I wanted or expected for my first home purchase. If I had not pushed and pushed for steps and follow thru my closing would not have happened on time.
