Josh was very easy to work with and responsive. He was always able to provide answers to questions as we figured out the home buying process. No surprises occurred at any point in the process because he was proactive in communication letting us know what we need to do, when, and why. He helped in getting the best rate possible and helping set up a remote closing process, as I was unable to attend closing in person.I would highly recommend him to any first time home buyer.
