Josh is a fantastic person to work with; he is knowledgeable and quick! The process was a lot easier than I expected, and I assume largely that is because of Josh. He listened to all of our concerns and answered our questions. Even when an insurance broker that Josh recommended was less than pleasant, Josh apologized and worked to make sure that we were comfortable moving forward.
