Josh has been absolutely amazing to work with. From getting pre-approved to closing on a house (in a couple days), he has been on top of it every step of the way. He has always been able to answer our questions. Timely replies to our emails. He even suggested a real estate agent to us as we are new to the area and didn't have any prior experience with any of the real estate agents in town. He deserves more than 5 stars.
