Working with Josh and his team was an amazingly quick andeasy process. Realtor assured us we would close in 30 days and we did. Josh and his team were readily available to assist and were in constant communication throughout the process.
Josh did everything thing he could to secure my loan. He even used a credit available to him to help pay for one of the inspections needed for my home. As a single mom buying my first home, that really touched my heart. He was very resposive and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.
