From the beginning of my home purchase to the last signature, Josh kept me informed and up to date. The loan process was easy, smooth, and it gave me a monthly bill I could easily afford. It was more like working with a family member than a stranger. Josh had the answers to each question and I never felt under any pressure during the entire deal. I still call him to see about changes in the mortgage rates and how it will affect me.
Josh went out of his way to make sure we were happy and got into our 1st home. I was impressed by his knowledge and his professionalism. He was also very friendly and funny. I have referred him time and time again and will be using him again.
Josh was extremely helpful in guiding me the entire home buying process. He made it practically effortless. Any questions that I had, no matter how trivial, he took the time to answer and explain. I have already recommended him to a friend that has future plans in the next year or so to buy.
Josh is the best! I will use him again if I buy another house. Josh finds all the loop holes he can to help you. He kept us updated with any changes. There was never any guess work. If we had any questions he had answers for us and if he wasn't sure he got back to us in a timely manner. The best we have ever worked with in his field. I would recommend him to anybody and anyone. I myself would use him over and over again.

He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable and clearly explained the home in 5 program and what we needed to do to qualify. However he struggled to call me back as promised during abnormal office hours like weekends and evenings.
