If they say they can get it done, they can get it done. Had a previous lender deny me after months of working with them, Josh swooped in fixed the issue and got me approved in less then a month.

Josh and his team did a great job for us during the loan process. We had a few questions and they were always available by phone or email to answer any all concerns. No large surprises from start to finish on their part and they were very personable the whole time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start a mortgage loan.
