What can I say about Joshua, this gentleman has patience of a saint. I ask him a 100 questions and every time he had an answer. It was a very personal experience as well. Started the process in early Dec worked with Joshua Dunn along the way we had some hiccups mostly trying to get the correct documents from the VA kept getting rejected but with Joshua help and encouragement we finally got all the document necessary to finish the loan after that the loan was completed super fast. Joshua continually kept me informed as we went through the process. The only thing I can say about Joshua Dunn was that he was always professional and took the time to answer all my questions.
