Josh Mabry did alright. I got sick and tired of being told all we need was just one more piece of paper 2 days before we close, other than that he was alright.

Josh was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about how the whole process of buying a house is. He was very patient with us and helpful in helping us get started on getting our new home! I highly appreciate everything that he did for us! He was very understanding even when we were upset!

The process in itself was pretty quick because I found my condo within a week of me looking. I don’t have many complaints, of course this process was new to me so I had to run things past my dad because some verbiage wasn’t fully explained. Not being able to talk to someone in person was my biggest complaint. I completely understand this is not something I can control but it created some communication errors at certain times. Josh! The BEST! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring, understanding, and very patient! He understands my concerns and answered all of my questions no matter how many times I asked questions and let me cry when I needed to. I was really close to closing with a well huge known lender and was feeling extremely uncomfortable about signing anything.
