My experience with Churchill was smooth and relatively easy. There were a few periods when I wasn’t sure what was happening, but when I asked was gotten back with right away. My one main critic is that Churchill requires you to take a course on buying a home before approving you. The course was great, but would have been more helpful as a proponent of the pre-approval process rather than the final approval.
