Dr. Joshua Purow is an excellent doctor with superb bedside manners. He is attentive, highly professional, and truly cares for his patients.I was admitted to the ER midday, and Dr. Purow was by my bedside shortly after. He consulted with my primary care doctor and saved me from a heart attack by placing a stent the next morning. Best doctor I’ve had, saved my life
I have known Dr Purow for several years and he has always been very professional and caring.
In 2012, I had a major coronary blockage - STEMI heart attack. In the middle of the night I was rushed by ambulance to Holy Cross Hospital. The ER doctor called in the Cath Team that was on call including Dr. Purow. At 4am in the morning I was having a cardiac catheterization which included a stent placement. Dr. Purow thoroughly explained everything as it was happening. He saved my life. On two other occasions, I was having chest discomfort. Dr. Purow had an excellent bedside manner, as seen by the fact that he asked questions, listened carefully, and made suggestions. There was no requirement placed on the amount of time spent! It is not easy to find a physician who has the kind of bedside manner as Dr. Purow.
Dr. Purow shows exceptional interest in conversation and does not rush patient. i have complete faith in his ability to diagnose and treat heart problems. He is very thorough.
Fr. Purow is simply the best. He saved my life and since the he is always available when needed. Very professional and kind.
Dr Purow has impressive credentials, is very smart, practical and personable. I would never go to another cardiologist and I trust Dr Purow with the cardiac care of my 96 year old dad too. I wish I could clone Dr Purow for other required specialties. He’s the best.
Dr Purow and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. Generally the appointments are on time but Dr Purow always spends enough time reviewing my healthy and stats, so I never feel rushed.
