When it comes to reliable pediatric dentist provider, we rely & always like to see Dr Marisabel Olivera. She is amazing dentist for kids. She is naturally enjoy working with kids while consistently providing great service with warm smiles.
The staff at the front desk is horrible! they never answer the phone. they leave you on hold for 30mins. when you finally schedule a procedure, they fail to tell you that it isnt covered by the insurance until the day of the appointment. never going back!
Went in for a consultation for braces. Only had X-rays done and was told they would call me by Wednesday with a treatment plan. It's 3 weeks later and still no call. Completely disappointed as this place was recommended by a close friend. We went to Jacaranda Smiles instead. Bad business and they've lost cash money for it.
I love Dr. Oliveira and the staff is sweet. However they over-schedule. We always wait over an hour to be seen and after the cleaning wait another hour to see the doctor. Very disrespectful to us patients! 😰
Oh how I loved this place, but this the third time they had to reschedule. My daughter been having tooth pain for a month. And I don't want to deal with this situation again when I explain twice my daughter is having tooth pain. Thank you for Dr. Olivia and the team for the 3 years but I have to think about my kids.
