Dr. Olivera came highly recommended and I'd like to give a great review but I have to take into account my entire experience when doing so. I went in for an appointment and after waiting 50 minutes I decided to reschedule as I told it was still going to be another 20 minutes of waiting minimum plus the time it would take to see my child. I understand that you're dealing with kids which is always unpredictable but this was the third visit that I've had to wait 45+ minutes. This is THE WORST doctors office I've visited. Appointments are canceled on you often and the wait is long. I made an appointment for my daughter to be seen on June 1, a few days later I received a call asking me to reschedule for May 31 (which I agreed to). On the morning of May 31, I called in to "confirm" and was told "you are all set." When I get to the office at 4:30pm I was told "your appointment was cancelled because the doctor left and we only have one doctor." They disregarded the fact I called in the morning. They schedule too many patients in 1 and take entirely too long! Other then that they are top of the line. If your appointment at 12 prepare yourself to leave at 3:30
I love this dental office for my kids, we were referred here by another office, which was a terrible experience for my 3 year old daughter, they wouldn't let me back with her for her very first dental appointment, I don't know what they did, but I could hear my child screaming and crying from the waiting room. They then let me in back and she wouldn't let them touch her, they said she would need to come to Journey kids dental to be sedated, and then return to them for her dental care. Not!
