I called Julie and asked if she could help me with a 30-day close. Her response, "Absolutely, let me get the list of everything that you'll need to get to me and let's get this done." Julie and her team are absolutely amazing. They are great at problem solving when things pop up and the whole process was done electronically. She's the only lender I call when I'm buying property.
