Julia was wonderful. She was the bright spot for us in the process.
Lack of communication problems had us showing up for closing for no reason because APR unilaterally decided to change the appraisal ,(paid for by us), without putting a foot on the property. We had to demand APR refund our fee for the appraisal done by an appraiser APR recommended.
