This is my 10th refi since being a homeowner 25 years ago. Julie was by far the best loan officer that I have worked with. Her communication was excellent, her explanation of the process was top notch, and Central Bank was excellent to work with. Julie is that rare individual that is perfectly matched for the job that she has. She is always striving to make the process easier and more efficient for the home owner. I have worked with a handful of lenders now, and spoken with many more (before eventually deciding to not go with them). In general, for straightforward loans, I've come to the belief that shopping for a loan is a numbers game. I don't really buy into the notion of the need for 'high touch' lenders, etc. I believe the numbers I see on the paper, and go with the best terms.
