Julie is such an amazing mortgage banker! This is actually our second time going with her, because we had such a positive experience the first time, even though she changed banks in the five years since we last worked with her. Whenever I have applied for a mortgage or refinancing I have dreaded the endless rounds of information requests and the hours on closing day at some random title company. Working with Julie and Central Online was a whole new experience for me. Uploading the necessary information was easy, reviewing the documents online was quick, and having a notary come to my house for a 15 minute signing was awesome. Julie was great to work with! This was my third home purchase, and she was by far the best banker I have worked with. You are often hooked by a nice banker and then handed off to someone that might not really care much. This was not the case, while she did get assistance from other employees, Julie was active every step of the way. We were also thrown a curve ball by a VA appraiser, but Julie was quick to do research and provide feedback in every scenario.
