Julie helped us with our recent loan. We had already started the process with another lender but were frustrated with how often they needed another piece of information from us. Central Trust not only gave us a great rate but included lender credits so even though we paid for the appraisal twice, we still saved money and closing fees. Julie was such a great lender to work with. This was hands-down our best experience with a lender, after 4 home purchases and 2 refinances. She was not only a wealth of information, but she was willing to share that information with us and explain how the process could work under a number of different situations. We started the finance with a different lender. They were slow and inaccurate so, We put the end for them and then started to work with Julie. Julie was very professional , she was kind and informative. She explained everything in details, gave us all the options etc. The best part was her clear communication and quick response to my questions.
