We started the finance with a different lender. They were aggressive and insistent that we work through them. Julie was nothing like this, she was kind and informative. She explained everything in details, gave us all the options etc. The best part was her clear communication and involvement of all matrix partners we dealt with thru the whole process. I've worked with Julie twice, once on a refi and once on a new home loan. She is the most knowledgeable, responsive loan officer I've ever worked with and does an amazing job at figuring out the best way possible to keep things moving. She's also very open about options and works well with realtors, escrow companies, etc. The portal they have is also top class and SO easy to use for getting documents in. Given how stressful the homebuying process can be, I'm very thankful that I had Julie there to help every step of the way!
