I've procrasrinated writing this review. Julie is amazing, I was lucky to have found her. I scrutinized many lenders and did my research. I have done this mortgage/refinance process before and this was by far the smoothest. We refinanced two properties at the same time one was a primary residence and the other was an investment property.

Update - We refinanced with Julie once again in Feb 2021 and our ezperience was similar to July 2020. Julie is great to work with. One of my friends referred a different Mortgage Banker from Fast Forward Home Loans. When I contacted them, they were already max-out on the number of applications they could take. I just took a chance with Julie by looking at other mortgage bankers in the same company. We just closed on our refinance with Julie Adams and the whole process was wonderful! This is our 3rd closing and by far the smoothest and easiest. She was very patient with answering my questions upfront and throughout the process and was easy to work with. We had just gone through another refi with a different lender and had a poor experience, so I was a little apprehensive to do it again, but I'm so glad I chose to work with Julie. I would highly recommend her!

Julie is certainly a 'Rare Find'. It's not common to find a banker who has the best rate and also provide an exceptional service. All through the process, she kept things simple & clear.
