I have done this mortgage/refinance process before and this was by far the smoothest. We refinanced two properties at the same time one was a primary residence and the other was an investment property.
High praises to Julie. Not only did I get a great rate from her but she got it done under a tight deadline. A pleasure to work with, would do so again.

Update - We refinanced with Julie once again in Feb 2021 and our ezperience was similar to July 2020. Julie is great to work with. One of my friends referred a different Mortgage Banker from Fast Forward Home Loans. When I contacted them, they were already max-out on the number of applications they could take. We just closed on our refinance with Julie Adams and the whole process was wonderful! This is our 3rd closing and by far the smoothest and easiest. She was very patient with answering my questions upfront and throughout the process and was easy to work with. We had just gone through another refi with a different lender and had a poor experience, so I was a little apprehensive to do it again, but I'm so glad I chose to work with Julie. I would highly recommend her!
Julie and the team were fantastic - they made the process very simple. My expectations were exceeded throughout the entire process, and I will not hesitate to refer them to others.

I've done several mortgage closings in the past and it's never gone as smoothly as this one. Julie was very helpful and prompt at answering my questions. Rate was also really good and they were able to waive appraisal which helped reduce closing costs. Overall, I was very happy with the process.
Julie was really helpful in patiently explaining the process and following it through completion. She does her best in explaining even the simplest or silliest doubt.
