Completed a mortgage refinance with Central Trust and Julie Adams in December 2020. I had no prior experience with Central Trust or Julie. I found them on Zillow's website - Central Trust was offering a rate lower than all other lenders (I had been checking daily for a few weeks as rates were declining). This is my 10th refi since being a homeowner 25 years ago. Julie was by far the best loan officer that I have worked with. Her communication was excellent, her explanation of the process was top notch, and Central Bank was excellent to work with. Julie is that rare individual that is perfectly matched for the job that she has. She is always striving to make the process easier and more efficient for the home owner.
