I've done several mortgage closings in the past and it's never gone as smoothly as this one. Julie was very helpful and prompt at answering my questions. Rate was also really good and they were able to waive appraisal which helped reduce closing costs. Overall, I was very happy with the process.

Julie was really helpful in patiently explaining the process and following it through completion. She does her best in explaining even the simplest or silliest doubt. She guided us from start to end and was extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond to result in a happy client :). I would definitely recommend her and reach out again in future

Over the years I have worked with many leaders and this was the best. I really liked the fact that unlike many other lenders who just want your business, sign up and forget about you (the client) Julie took the time and effort to keep me updated on the status and flag issues if they came up. It was proactive and I would definitely recommend Juile & her team along with "Online Central Trust Bank".

Completed a mortgage refinance with Central Trust and Julie Adams in December 2020. I had no prior experience with Central Trust or Julie. I found them on Zillow's website - Central Trust was offering a rate lower than all other lenders (I had been checking daily for a few weeks as rates were declining).
