To many last minute requests that you only have a few hours to get, which were requested by the mortgage company. However overall Julie is great and her knowledge is fabulous. I had to refinance my house as part of a divorce agreement. When I first spoke with Julie, she advised in my situation, that it might be beneficial to wait a year. I am so thankful that she put my best interests first. That being said, I was under a very tight deadline to refinance. Quick response to quote, excellent clarity on terms/conditions/fees, stayed in-line with fees estimate throughout, and good organization in initial phase of process. Organization and responsiveness suffered a bit later, but I chalk that up to changes in support staff availability outside the firm's control. I assume that with the full support staff the ability to fully track all uploaded files for support data would reduce multiple emails on the same topic.

Julie was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the home loan experience a true pleasure, which most could not say about a loan officer.
