The results. You can not argue with the result. We received a great loan with some challenging circumstances. There were/are parts of this transaction I did not agree with and the closing cost estimate given came across as more of a "guess" than an actual estimate considering the $3000+ difference. That was disappointing. But, in the end I am grateful for the work Julie and her team did and her ability to provide exactly what she said she would. You can not argue with results.

Julie was phenomenal! We already had a buy/sell with another lender and where weeks into the process when the other lender had to drop us due to some unforseen circumstances. Julie took us on the day we called her. We were so crunched for time and she got everything squared away and even ended up saving us money on the down payment. We were able to close on the closing date and everything worked out better than we could have hoped. She is the best!
