Julie and team could not have made our refinance any easier! Our refinance is a little complex with lots of moving pieces and Julie knows her stuff and how to make it work. She was able to move quickly since we were working against the clock with interest on the rise and we were able to close ahead of schedule. There's a very specific reason why I have worked with Julie three times in a row and that's because she delivers. When it comes to home buying, you must have someone like Julie who not only knows how to work with clients but has massive knowledge and resources. I would use her for my next purchase.
Of course no two home loans are alike, and some can present twists even seasoned Mortgage Professionals seldom see. Julie was terrific. Most importantly, she recommended a financing method ("quick close" in three weeks) that I believe made my purchase offer compelling and so, finally, accepted. I think the method felt a little like a cash offer to the seller.
