Recently we tried to purchase a home since our realtor informed my wife and I that we are "preapproved" and opened escrow for purchase. One week before the closing date the lender officer that preapproved us made some mistakes and we needed to submit more documents. Apprently we were not "preapproved"! We would highly recommend Julie Malta as a mortgage broker. We had been trying to refinance for over a year and a half and had been turned down by the banks three times with three different mortgage brokers. Julie put the pieces together for us so that we would qualify for refinancing.
