It was very easy to work with the team at Novus. One thing that would make it easier for us is if we did not receive so many subscriber emails during the process. This cluttered our email and made us unsure which emails we really needed to pay attention to (that were directly associated with this closing) and which were simply "good to know" or advisory emails. In future we would appreciate only receiving emails that pertained directly to our account and contract with Novus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
