There were positives, but I wouldn't describe the experience as particularly smooth. Some information needed checking twice, and the attention felt uneven. Still, the interactions were polite and things were acceptable.

JumpStartMD changed my life! I've been a member for over 8 years and have lost and kept off over 40 pounds! Access to the latest weight-loss medications is incredible, but what keeps me coming back is the people. The staff is so amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, supportive. They always have great ways to keep me on track to meet my goals and live a healthier life!

I originally joined after gaining weight from free company-provided meals that I couldn't take off on my own. I started with jumpstart over a year ago- after trying everything to get stubborn menopause weight to shift. I have been going to Jumpstart in Campbell for years. Initially I was participating in the weight loss and hormone replacement programs. I happily hit my goal weight and now continue with hormone replacement and also weekly vitamin therapy injections. The team at Campbell have been amazing throughout my journey.
