I started with jumpstart over a year ago- after trying everything to get stubborn menopause weight to shift. I have been going to Jumpstart in Campbell for years. Initially I was participating in the weight loss and hormone replacement programs. I have been going to JumpStart MD for many years to help me stay in check with my weight loss, as well as help with BHRT support. I go in weekly to be weighed and talk with a staff person, sometimes a nutritionist and sometimes medical personnel. They are always helpful with whatever I am going through that week.
