I didn’t like the language he used over the phone when talking to us and I don’t like how he told me to take some percentage away from our relator to make up some money lossage.

If there had been a standardized list of papers needed for an application. Something basic you could just highlight if it was needed again at a later date. Try to ask for things all at once rather than nickel and diming people's time away. The constant urgency made me physically ill and gave me frequent panic attacks. This isn't on the loan officer, it is on the process itself. It could have been better and it wouldn't take much to brainstorm and improve how you go about getting the information you need.
