The closing was a long drawn out affair due to the number of loan documents needing to be signed then. Many lenders have their documents completed just prior to closing so it speeds up the process. Also, with that many documents needed, it would have been good to have the lender present at closing if the buyers had any questions.

My experience with Jason was a positive one. I would recommend him but the experience with the underwriters was not a good one. It was the worst closing I've ever been through. Jason gets 5 stars but the rest of it gets no stars
