The communication through the loan process was exceptional. Justin was very thourough in explaining the steps for completing each piece of documentation. He was also very helpful at explaining the purpose of each document fo our understanding. We never felt out of the loop, and felt comfortable to ask any question we had along the way. I would highly recommend Justin for anyone currently looking to buy a home, especially as a first time homebuyer.

Justin worked hard to get me through this process coming out with the best rate possible, he was always available when I had questions and always had patience with me. He wouldn't give up when I got a no and fought harder till we got the yes. I never had to worry about anything cause I knew he had it handled.
