We ran into so many issues during our home buy from another lender. We knew Justin and USA from all of our other home needs, we ended up having to call him to bail us out, and he did. Hes honest and unbelievably hard working. He understands family situations as it is his most important focus as well, so his empathy is full. Justin was very easy to work with and had all the answers to my questions as soon as I asked! Very nice guy that made me feel like my loan was his top priority at all times. He even went out of his way to email me or text me a couple different Sunday's. all to just make sure I had things lined up for the upcoming week. i look forward to working With him in the future!

Justin was a great help with everythin. Justin went over everything in detail but in away that was easy to understand and he was very kind over the phone, which was very conforting for being a first time buyer. He didn't come off as a person who is trying to sell me something or just trying to get the job done, he made me feel like he really wanted to help me get the best and that I could rely on him.
