Justin went above and beyond to get us the pre-approval we needed within the smallest of time frames. It allowed us to buy our dream home. Justin's effort to provide us with several options allowed us to have some flexibility we hadn't had in previous purchases.
Very attentive and hard driving to meet the goals of the loan process. Great communicator and on top of the process all the way to the finish. Kept everything moving for the underwriter so the loan would fund.
Justin definitely went above and beyond. He was always responsive--even when on vacation--and answered every question and concern. When some fees came up as surprises, Justin made sure they were covered.
Justin is such a nice guy and amazing to work with! This was our first time buying a home so we really needed guidance. He made himself available whenever we had questions and "held our hands" during processes that didn't always make sense to us. When we found a house we loved but didn't yet have pre-approval, Justin worked late hours to get our info, fill out the paper work, and process it all. We had the pre-approval early the next morning and were able to make an offer soon after.
