Justin is such a nice guy and amazing to work with! This was our first time buying a home so we really needed guidance. He made himself available whenever we had questions and "held our hands" during processes that didn't always make sense to us. We will be recommending him to our friends and using him again in the future!
Overall it was a good experience. Justin and his team were always available and kept me updated. Understanding the rate sheet and lock procedure is important. Being prompt with paperwork and asking for clarifications worked for us. Towards Closing date, things became bit chaotic due to numerous folks involved but Justin was always reachable and available to push things through to closing. Thank you!
Justin and his team were phenomenal. My process ended up being a little more complicated than expected and Justin and his team kept me up-to-date. They responded promptly to each and every question/concern I had and I really appreciated the help and support. Without them, I would have felt very lost and discouraged and probably without a new home to live in. Thank you!
