Justin Pohn is a amazing person. I had many obstacles in a previous loan that fell through. My family is so grateful for what he has done. He put many hours and dedication in my process. Something that took Navy federal almost four months to do. Justin took less than two weeks to close. Navy federal did a sloppy job and missed paperwork needed to close but Justin Pohn did exactly and tactically what was needed for a VA loan. The holidays is here and my family can be happy in our new home.

Justin Pohn was outstanding, as was Yvonne and the entire team. Walked us through the whole Refi. process, and made sure we understood all the details. Great rate, smooth and efficient document collection, always available for questions and clarification...loan even closed a week ahead of schedule. Overall, a 5 star experience in every way.
