The interactions I had with Justin felt very rushed. He also did not listen very well when relaying our information to him which caused a lot of back and forth and confusion in the process. There were other people I interacted with who were much more helpful than Justin was with a lot better outcomes overall communication wise.

This is the 5th home I have purchased in the last 14 years, and this unfortunately was my worst experience with a lender. There was one situation in particular where I realized that Justin with Velocio mortgage was a strong partner for Starlight homes, and I as the customer was not the priority. It was in regards to the appraisal of the home. 1) It took too long to get approval 2) way too many documents asked 3) asking to sign for the email content as they do not trust client 4) one good thing about is good communications Thanks.
