I am very thankful I chose to use Cierra as my realtor. She found my dream house in my budget and was able to get an appointment the same day it was listed. The current market is very competitive for a buyer but she provided suggestions to make my offers outshine others. Thanks to her hard work and knowledge of what sellers are looking for in a buyer our offer was quickly accepted, beating out several others. Cierra was professional and prompt, I would highly recommend and definitely use her services again.

Franco is simply the best of the best. As first-time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better experience. Franco and Jennifer have been absolutely amazing to work with. They made our home buying process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with Melissa to find your dream home. Melissa worked patiently and diligently with us to find our home. It was a tough process during Covid-19 as there were plenty of offers on the table; however, Melissa's great communication and negotiating skills secured our home in a timely manner. We live in Florida and decided to purchase a second home in California. It is not easy to buy a home 3000 miles away but Nicole made this the easiest home purchase we have ever done. She was there with us every step. Even answering my text when I sent it a 7 Florida time which was 4am her time. She said she is an early riser, lol. I'll keep it short and sweet. I could not have been more impressed. She had my condo on the market and sold and escrow closed in under a month. She was amazing. I would highly recommend her.
