We recently sold our house in French Valley, and thanks to Kristi, things worked out perfectly. We are out of state, and Kristi made sure everything was taken care of. Outstanding realtor! She took her time and made sure our home showed it’s best and sold at the top of the market!. During Covid19 she took ever measure to ensure the safety of our home and clients that visited. She prepared a Covid friendly basket for all visitors entering our home. Moreover our home was sold higher than all previous sold homes in the community and it was not the largest on the block. Monica was so helpful from the moment I accepted to buy the house. She always answered my calls, texts and emails. She answered all my questions and helped me throughout the escrow process. Due to having COVID, she went to the house and made me a video for me to see what it looked like right before closing Escrow.
