First off, I was a for sale by owner. After meeting with Chris in his office, he blew me away with what he and his company did to get top dollar for homes. We knew we made the selfish decision to list on our own. After a couple weeks of a FSBO we decided to list we Chris. Chris helped us sell our home and buy a new one. He was very helpful since day 1. Communication was excellent, always kept us up to date with the process and was always available via phone, text, and email to answer any concerns. I would highly recommend Chris if you want to sell/buy a property.
